Edge Stack Pricing FAQs

How is "RPM' defined and calculated?

RPM is calculated as the total HTTP requests made to any instance of Edge Stack in a calendar month. This simplifies usage monitoring by eliminating the need to track the number of clusters, usage per feature, or other variables charged by other providers.

How is an Edge Stack "instance" defined?

An instance is any single installation of Edge Stack running in a customer environment. The benefit of our pricing is the complete flexibility paid subscribers have in deploying Edge Stack instances across clusters and environments regardless of configuration. For more on Edge Stack’s stateless architecture, visit our Docs.

What customer support options are available?

Product Support is included with both the Growth and Enterprise Edge Stack plans. Our standard Support hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST. If your organization requires more extensive support, Enterprise plans provide the option to upgrade to Priority Support, which includes 24/7 outage response.
